POTD: BUBBLE BUBBLE TOIL & TROUBLE

well, they're not exactly witches. but they are conjuring up some kind of super duper magic stuff. from the realm of exalted. i might have posted this up before? not sure. it's been a while anyways and since i hardly post any exalted stuff up, thought this would be one of my better pieces to start.
